I joined the Picnic team on the ground floor, working out of a living room with the founding members. As the principal creative my key roles were branding, managing both online and brick and mortar stores, and generating content for social media and advertising.

When the time came I assisted in launching two storefronts, an initial 1200 square foot neighborhood boutique then scaled operations up to a 10,000 square foot showroom in Bridgeport Village. I incorporated display standards and trained sales associates on using a POS, shipping and receiving, and inventory management systems.
