From day one, I served as the brand designer for a women's clothing and home goods boutique, shaping the brand's distinctive voice and visual identity. I worked to launch and establish the brand, spearheading multi-channel paid and organic media campaigns, and developing a robust e-commerce platform with my own product and on-body photography.
As the brand continued to grow, I played a pivotal role in the development and launch of two storefronts - starting with a cozy 1,200 square foot neighborhood shop, and later scaling operations up to a 10,000 square foot showroom. I implemented consistent display standards and trained the retail staff on an order fulfillment and inventory management system that I had created.
